  Square counter-flow standard/medium temperature/high temperature FRP cooling tower
1. Tower body is made of high quality FRP, and the surface is cohered with gel coating resin, having the special features of ageing resisting, corrosion resisting, high surface smoothness, and high coloration property. Standard color is milky yellow, or specific color can be also provided as per color code appointed by the user.
2. Two types of matching fan are supplied, one is made of aluminum allow, while the other is made of FRP, providing excellent features of reasonable matching with tower, large flow, low noise level, high efficiency, steady operation, uniform wind speed, and long service life.
3. Special-purpose outdoor vertical motor for cooling tower is adopted, providing advantages of energy saving and high efficiency. Special-purpose speed reducer of the latest design for cooling tower is also adopted, which is featured by steady operation, high efficiency, low noise, low temperature rise, and long service life. The big tower also employs parallel operation of multiple fans, and has independent air chamber. Power consumption can be economized by stopping operation of some fans according to variable meteorological parameters during working process.﹛﹛
4. Packing material is subject to test by our thermal test center, and the latest type highly efficient packing material will be used, providing excellent features of uniform re-distribution of water, good hydrophilicity, small windage, and good high temperature endurance, etc.
5. Steel bracket will use advanced galvanizing process. After galvanization, two courses of anti-rust paint will be coated, of which the corrosion resisting capacity is very strong.
6. Since it can be assembled for installation, the water treating capacity is increased by times, while less land coverage is required.
7. It has rectangular structure and beautiful shape, which are well coordinated with building structure, and especially applicable for air conditioning and cooling system of high building structures such as hotel and restaurants.
8. The water collection type tower has a water collection tank on the bottom, and can be used instead of a small concrete pool. Its water storage capacity is bid, and the tank is equipped with manual and automatic water supply device, sewage pipe, and overflow pipe, etc., which can economize a lot cost of water tank. It is a new product serial in China now.
Round counter-flow FRP cooling tower
Description:
All of the cooling tower products introduced in this web site are energy saving, because of lower installation capacity of motor compared among the same kinds at home and abroad. Temperature drop of water in the low noise and extra-low noise type cooling water ranges normally within 3-8⊥, which is suitable for cooling of air conditioner and other kinds of equipment.
The extra-low noise type cooling water takes a series of noise control measures on the basis of the low-noise cooling tower. Its noise value at the standard points is ~5dB(A) lower than that of the corresponding low noise, and therefore, it is more suitable for places with higher requirements for noise level such as hotel, hospital, public building structures and places adjacent to residential area.
Industrial type, i.e. medium/high temperature cooling tower, shows a normal water temperature drop of 10~25⊥. This type takes a series additional measures to improve diameter of tower body, flow rate, air pressure, power and height of packing, etc. It is appropriate for cooling of service water that has higher requirements for water temperature drop. Its code is as follows:
DBNL 3 每100 type: D-low noise; B-FRP; N-counter-flow; L-cooling tower; 3-the 3rd modification design.
100-Nominal flow rate at typical working conditions is 100m 3 /h.
GBNL 3 每100 type: G-industrial type, medium and high temperature drop.
CDBNL 3 每100 type: CD-extra low noise type.
DBNL 3 J-100 type: J-water collection type (water pan of this type of cooling tower is 300~400mm higher than that of the ordinary water pan).
DBNL3W-100 type: W-no water collection pan type (i.e. no lower body of the tower, which fits for being installed at the upper part of the water tank, and can economize equipment investment and improve temperature reduction effect).
Selection and operation:
Known values for selection will cover the water amount Q, water inlet temperature t1, water outlet temperature t2, and design wet bulb temperature 而. Then, type should be finalized according to thermal performance curve.
Concerning cold resistance of the material, it is applicable for area reaching up to 50⊥, however, for places with the mean atmospheric temperature of the coldest month below 每10⊥, anti-freezing measures should be required upon ordering. The manufacturer can provide rainwater guide to prevent the water from flowing onto the louver.
The cloudiness of circulation water should not exceed 50mg/L, and be within 100mg/L for a short term. It should not contain greasy dirt or mechanical foreign maters. Measures should be taken for sterilization and maintenance of water quality.
Foundation drawing is for installation reference only. Direction of water inlet/outlet pipe of big tower is show on the drawing, while that of the small tower can be laid freely at horizontal position, however, it should not interfere with the foundation. If there is foundation in the middle part, its load should weight 25% of the operation load, while the other 75% will be shared averagely on the peripheral rectangular foundation. If it is installed on the roof deck, then, additional pressure caused by wind load should be taken into consideration.
For cooling towers below 125 type, bracket should be set at intersection of external water inlet/outlet pipe and the cooling tower so as to avoid extra load onto tower wall.
Opening should be prepared for piping as per nominal flux. In case of 15% or higher difference between actual water flow or nominal water flow, instruction should be given upon ordering, and the manufacturer will change the size of opening. Water pressure of inlet pipe of the tower is about 2-5m mercury column. Design should avoid too high pressure, or otherwise expanded flow may cause water floating.
This product is applicable for water temperature within 60⊥. In case of water temperature above 60⊥, it should be indicated upon ordering, and the manufacturer can solve the problem by selection of appropriate material. If flam retardant cooling tower is required, then, such a requirement must be expressed upon ordering, which can also be satisfied.
For fan of the cooling tower over 150 type, the blade angle can be adjusted, however, the angle of all blades should remain consistent, and the motor shall not exceed the rated current. All of the fan types can be rotated in reversed sequence in a short time for the purpose of eliminating the ice, and therefore, in the area under severe freezing conditions, the counter-flow magnetic starter can be set, and the button should be mounted near the cooling tower (See the instructions to the cross-flow type FRP cooling tower for blade adjusting method).
Square cross-flow type FRP cooling tower
The cross-flow type cooling tower is available for both BHZ and HBL series. BHZ series provides low noise type and extra-low noise type. The cooling water flow rate of single tower is 80, 100, 125, 175 and 200mm 3/h (6℅200m 3/h), respectively. Those exceeding 200m 3/h in the parameter table are all integration of several sets, and the quantity is indicated on the fan and motor column. Beside low noise type and extra-low noise type, HBL series provides also the medium/high temperature drop industrial type, and the cooling water flow rate of single tower is 300, 500 and 700m 3/h, respectively, and it can be also used in parallel connection. Its airflow rate is higher, noise is little higher than that of the assembled tower, but lower than that of the counter-flow tower, and it occupies smaller land area.
Code of two series: B-FRP, H-cross-flow tower, Z-assembled tower, L-cooling tower. The other items are as same as that of the counter-flow type.
Structural features: This series adopts air inlet from both sides, and fan on the top will be used for air media exchange through hot water and packing along both sides. The moist air will be then discharged out of the tower. The spot wave plates with projected spots on both sides will be used as packing material. Through installation, the spot wave plates will be cohered into a whole piece so as to improve rigidity. Because of projected spots on both sides, it avoids possibility of direct water drip, and promotes the action of water film formation. The tail part of packing material has water collection features. Fan adopts lower rotation, low dynamic pressure wing type FRP blade, and Dacron fiber reinforced dynamic power belt featured by little noise, high driving efficiency, and good anti-slip performance. Due to air inlet from both sides, packing material is directly stacked on water distribution tank on bottom of the water tank. Therefore, it produces no sound of water drip like that of the counter-flow tower, and this is extremely favorable for reducing noise of the cooling tower. In consideration of installation facilities, seat of cooling tower will be placed on rectangular steel reinforced concrete foundation. Size of foundation indicated in the brochure is for reference only, and mean value can be used for force on seat. At the position where anchor bolt is to be set, a 16mm thick 200℅200mm steel plate can be embedded before hand. If users require expanded water capacity of the water tank, it should be pointed out upon ordering.
