R P M P Adopt resin (transport drinking water adopt food grades of resin ) , glass fibre , quartz sand raw materials, made with the special craft . Its working temperature is under 80 degrees Centigrade, suitable for working in the soil of different soil properties, suitable for the field as follows: 1. Transport of the drinking water ; 2. The pipeline characters are as follows,
1. Excellent capacity of anticorrosion
No needs of negative-pole anticorrosive protections and other anticorrosive measures, and there will not be second pollution to water or other mediums. The product life is long.
2. Light weight
The pipeline weight is only 1/4 of the same specification and the same length of spheroidal graphite iron pipeline, and is 1/10 of concrete pipeline. Easy to transport and install.
3. The single pipeline is very long
Decreasing pipeline couplings and accelerating installing speed, to advance the quality of the whole pipeline.
4. Smooth inwall of pipeline
Decrease flow resistance, increase flow speed and decrease power consume. Use small-scale pipeline to transport fluid of the same flow, compared with the pipeline of the same specification, which can improve about 10% flow, without encrustation and decrease of flow speed in long term.
5. Anticorrosive quick couplings
Quick couplings adopt double Ħ°OĦħ type rubber sealing ring, easy to install, seal and anticorrosion. You can adjust the direction of couplings at the range of 3 degrees.
Connecting methods of pipes
1. Single sealing ring connection
Suitable for middle low pressure burying pipes.
2. Double sealing ring socket jointing
Suitable for high pressure underground pipes, you can finish pressure test in a single testing hole.
3. Stock sticking jointing
Suitable for large-scale pipes under high pressure and complex loading.
4. Sealing jointing
Suitable for jointing of high, middle and low pressure pipes and pipe fittings, A and L depends on service conditions.
5. Stock Ħ°OĦħ sealing nylon rod Ħ°OĦħ type key fore shaft
Mainly used to pipeline of large axial tension, such as deep wall pipes.
