4-72-type fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) radial fan
I. Performance and selection table. 4-72-type FRP radial fan provides advantages of light weight, low power consumption, little noise, high corrosion-resisting performance, and long service life, etc., which can be supplied simultaneously with matching damper seat or steel bracket. The fan is made of excellent workmanship, and various types of the fan are available for users to choose.
II. Damper seat of 4-72-type FRP radial fan 1. Damper or damper seat and steel bracket can be supplied as an integral unit. Users can place their orders as per fan type, rotation speed, rotation direction, outlet position, manufacturer, type of motor, and type of damper selected. 2. This atlas is prepared in consistency with product brochures of 4-72-Type FRP radial fan made by this Company, and 4-74-Type radial fan made by Shenyang Fan Plant, which will also fit for fan equivalent made by Beijing Fan Plant, and Beijing No. 2 Fan Plant. 3. This atlas collects two types of dampers: TJ1 type spring damper and JG type rubber shear damper. The former works within environmental temperature of -35¡æ--+35¡æ, which has external rubber protection cover, and can be used outdoors. 4. The V-belt size of fan type C collected in this atlas is different from that indicated in the fan brochure (type and quantity of the belt remain unchanged), and configuration shall be made as per belt size (i.e. perimeter of belt pitch) stipulated in this atlas when ordering the equipment. 5. Total weight of damper system includes weight of fan insulation, and the maximum weight of the insulation is equal to difference between upper limit and lower limit of the corresponding damper system. 6. Installation procedure of damper seat: (1) Damper seat is embedded in the independent shallow foundation, cement ground, building floor or roofing. (2) Ground, floor, or roofing where damper is to be set should be aligned before installation. (3) It will be forbidden to weld steel bracket with the damper. (4) Installation procedure of damper seat: Set wood spacer blocks (or jack) on location where the damper is to be installed. Prepare at least 4 pieces of the spacer blocks, which should be little higher than the original height of damper. Set the steel bracket on the spacer blocks. If insulation is required for installation of fan, motor and fan housing on the steel bracket, then, the construction should be completed simultaneously with installation of the fan. Set the damper on pre-determined position, remove the spacer block, and check whether the compressed height of each damper remains equal. If unequal, try to move the damper or fan and motor to align all dampers at the same height, and keep the steel bracket level. Tighten the bolts that connect fan, motor, and damper with steel bracket. Bottom rubber of damper should be placed directly onto the ground, floor or roofing without any anchored connection. Install couplers of hose between air duct and fan inlet/outlet, and never stretch the hose. Carry out fan operation test, and check for operation stability of fan and any fault of damper. 7. Allowable deviation for installation of damper seat (1) Relative deviation of height between any two adjacent points of supporting structure at the place where the damper is installed: 2mm. (2) Relative deviation of height of dampers after load bearing for one hour.
Axial fan
I. T35-11 type FRP axial fan
(I) Description of the fan
FT35-11 type axial fan is an ideal new model that can be used instead of 30K4, T30, T40 and other out-of-date fan products. Its efficiency reaches as high as 89.5%, while its noise ratio (A) drops by 3.6dB. FT35-11 is an efficient low-pressure fan recommended for popularized application by the State Ministry of Machine Building Industry, which is featured by low power consumption, low noise level, and excellent corrosion-resisting performance. The product has found diversified application in factory building, machinery, chemical, printing and dyeing, plating and galvanizing, and pharmaceutical industry; cinema and theater, hotel, office building, residential building and other building structures. If the hub is removed, it can be used as a free fan, or be installed in serial connection at intervals within a longer exhaust pipeline so as to enhance the overall pressure inside the pipeline. Types of fan: T35 axial fan has 13 types classified as per propeller diameters of No2.8, 3.15, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2. The first type is equipped with four pieces of propellers, which can be installed at five angles of 15¡ã, 20¡ã, 25¡ã, 30¡ã and 35¡ã. Therefore, due to different angles for installation of the propeller, and different rotation speed of spindle of each type, the air pressure, air flow and power consumption of the fan are also different.
II. GD30K2-12 type axial fan
GD30K2-12 type axial fan is designed out of GD30K2-12 FBZ-11 type.
It has the following special features:
(1) Motor is mounted on the upper part of air drum with V-belt drive, and its central distance can be regulated accordingly. Drive unit is fixed inside the central sealing drum of the air drum, which can therefore, discharge moist air and harmful gas from the motor out of the site.
(2) Rotation speed can be changed in order to modify flow rate and air pressure. Special requirements can be submitted upon ordering if corrosive and flammable gas will be delivered.
Roof mounted fan
I. BWS-85-6 type roof mounted radial fan
WS-85-6 type roof mounted FRP radial fan series is a kind of internationally advanced roof mounted air exhaust equipment applicable for ventilation of hotel, restaurant, theater, cinema, office building, laboratory, workshop and residential quarters, etc. This fan series is featured by beautiful shape, compact structure, high strength, high corrosion resisting performance, high ageing resisting performance, low power consumption, low noise level, reliable working performance, and easy installation and service. II. BWS-87-3 type low noise roof mounted FRP fan
BDW-87-3 type low noise roof mounted FRP fan finds a wide application for overall or local air exhaust of various industrial and civil building structures, and it is especially suitable for use in hotel, school, hospital, conference hall, theater and cinema that require tranquil environment. It has advantages of low noise, low weight, high efficiency, corrosion resisting, compact structure, beautiful look, and reliable working performance, etc.
III. BDW-87-4 type roof mounted FRP radial fan

BDW-87-4 type roof mounted FRP radial fan is made of kilocycle FRP in fine workmanship, and equipped with the stepless speed regulating motor. Test result shows that the fan performance and noise level have both met design requirements, and it has the advantages of high efficiency, low power consumption, light weight, high corrosion resisting performance, reliable working performance, and convenient installation, etc. The noise can be restricted within 65 (A) dB. If such a noise level cannot meet the requirement, a silencer can be added between foundation and the fan, for which, this Company can provide customized design and manufacture for users.
IV. BDW-87-6 type explosion protection roof mounted radial fan
This fan is normally used for ventilation of agricultural building structure, military structure, industrial building, workshop, laboratory, and warehouse that have explosion protection requirements. Operation conditions of the fan: Ambient temperature: ¡Ü90¡æ; relative humidity: ¡Ü85%; dust content and other solid impurity content: ¡Ü150mg/m3; environmental noise:¡Ü60 (dB).
V. BDW-87-7 type roof mounted radial fan
This fan is normally used for ventilation of petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgy, national defense, warehouse, theater, cinema, hotel and other large scale building structures. Gas delivered contains no sticky matters, the grain size of dust contained does not exceed 150mg/m3, and its temperature does not exceed 60¡æ. This fan is available in seven types ranging No4-10. Driving mode A (electric shaft drive) is adopted for all fan types. The fan is made up of propeller, air drum, fan cap, motor, and rain preventing cover, etc. The fan is featured by steady property, well-balanced operation, low noise and reliable working performance. The propeller is well aligned through static balancing and produces little vibration. The fan structure is reasonable, and it is easy to maintain. This fan will be installed and working on roof deck, and no ventilation pipeline needs to be laid. The property listed in the property table refers to the property under typical conditions when the fan is fully open (Under typical conditions, performance temperature: 20¡æ; relative humidity: 50¡æ, atmospheric pressure: 760mmHg, air weight: 1.2kgf/m3).
VI. BDW-87-8 type roof mounted FRP fan
BDW-87-8 type roof mounted FRP fan is featured by low noise level, and little vibration, etc. Housing is treated with the latest hot-spraying corrosion-resisting technology, and therefore, it has higher corrosion resisting performance against moist air, and can guarantee steady operation of the fan under outdoor conditions. The fan is applicable for forced ventilation of electric power, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, warehouse and other modern building structures. The fan will be vertically installed on the roof deck, and equipped with mushroom-shaped cap against weather attack. It is also equipped with an automatic ventilation door of movable leafs, which will be closed to prevent heat loss during winter days when the fan is stops working. The ventilation door is a kind of accessories of the fan, which is available for users to order as option. The mushroom-shaped cap is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastics. The cap and housing is detachable to facilitate installation and service. The specially shaped propeller is directly connected on the motor, and it is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastics to provide excellent pneumatic performance. Working media of the fan adopts industrial atmosphere, and the temperature of the media is ¡Ü40¡æ when being equipped with normal motor (the temperature of the media is ¡Ü55¡æ when being equipped with explosion protection motor). At media temperature of 25¡æ, the related humidity should not exceed 95%, and dust content (including solid foreign matters) of the media should not exceed 100mg./m3. Special requirements must be indicated in the order for customized design when operation conditions of the fan exceed the above provisions. All property indexes of the fan provided by the manufacturer refer to the air property under typical conditions (temperature: 20¡æ; relative humidity: 50%; atmospheric pressure: 101325Pa (760mm mercury column), specific weight of gas: 1.2kg./m3). In case of a fan working under non-typical conditions, the fan property should be subject to respective formula conversion.
VII. BDW-87-9 type roof mounted FRP fan
As a common roof mounted FRP fan, BDW-87-9 works under conditions with non-seriously corrosive media. It is not explosion protective, can be used for normal ventilation, or can be modified into the roof mounted explosion insulated fan of fiberglass-reinforced plastics. The fan can be used in room with explosion protection requirements if only static preventive carbon is mixed up with raw materials of FRPs and the explosion prevention motor is adopted. This product has the following special features: It employs square formation, which is beautiful and well coordinated with building structures; it adopts energy-saving, low noise level, and low vibration motor of high mechanical efficiency; and weathering protection functions are fully coordinated. The fan can be used for ventilation, residual heat elimination and indoor environment improvement of industrial and civil building structures. The fan is available for six types ranging from No. 4 to No. 10 (the explosion protection fan is available for four types ranging from No. 4 to No. 7), applicable for operation at ¡Ü40¡æ.
VIII. FDW3, FDW4 and FWT4 series roof mounted radial fan
FWT4-85-11 series common roof mounted radial fan applicable for local ventilation: (1) Work yard or industry: Workshop building, warehouse, and livestock farm; (2) Building structures and residential towers: Local ventilation for high building or normal structures; (3) Public places: Ventilation for school, hospital, laboratory, gym, cinema, and hotel, etc.; (4) Environmental atmospheric operation conditions: Dust content and other solid impurity content, and temperature: ¡Ü150mg/M3 ¡Ü80¡æ.
FDW3-88-11 series low noise roof mounted radial fan: (1) Local ventilation for public building structures: Memorial hall, museum, hotel, restaurant, school, gym, hospital, and office building, etc.; (2) Building structures and residential towers: Local ventilation for high building or normal structures; (3) Environmental atmospheric operation conditions: Dust content and other solid impurity content, and temperature: ¡Ü150mg/M3 ¡Ü60¡æ.
Special features of structure and design: FDW3-88-11 and FDW4-75-11 series low noise roof mounted fan will present you with fresh, clean and comfortable residential environment. The fan produces little noise, and works reliably. It uses stepless speed regulating overhung type motor (where, voltage regulator is used to change the rotation speed of the motor through voltage regulation). It offers large range of performance regulation, compact structure, beautiful shape, excellent economical performance, high durability and service facilities, and both housing and propeller are made of FRP. The FWT4-85-11 series provides large flux, and higher static pressure. It adopts Y series 3-phase motor using 380V power. The housing and propeller are both made of FRP, presenting special features of light weight, beautiful shape and service facilities.
