They are FRP plates with many regular rectangle or square blanks, which are produced by molding processing process. The plates have mechanical features of same property in two directions. They could be widely used as working, equipment and artesian well platforms, and walkways in petroleum, chemical, electronic, electric, paper, printing, plating, ocean prospecting, sewage treatment, and other industries. They are ideal products for corrosive environments, also suitable for civil buildings.
The serial products have features of crescent, sand, double-plane and flat surface gratings:
1¡¢ corrosion resistance£ºWith excellent corrosion resistance to gas and liquid media of acids, alkalis, organic solvents, salts, and so on. The products have incomparable superiority in anti-corrosion fields. According to applying requirements, o-phenyl , iso-phenyl, ethylene type resins could be substrate materials.
2¡¢ light weight and high strength£ºdensity of FRP gratings is not above 2£¬only 1/4 of that of steel£¬2/3 of that of aluminum. However, their strength is 10 times of that of hard PVC; and absolute strength exceeds that of aluminum and normal steel materials.
3¡¢ flame retarding£ºflame transmitting rate of normal flame retardant grating £¨ASTM E-84£© is not over 25£»that of high grade flame retardant grating is not over 10. oxygen index is not lower than 28£¨GB 8924£©.
4¡¢ Aging resistance£ºusing time is over 50 years.
5¡¢ safe£ºthe products have excellent electric insulation property, without breakdown at 10KV£»no electromagnetic property, so they could be used in magnet sensitive devices; special structures of FRP grating endues the products with anti-gliding, anti-fatigue and other properties.
